1. About us

The Platform is operated by LUXNATION Hospitality Consulting GmbH, registered in Austria (FN 138582 y, Landesgericht Innsbruck), with its business address at Leutascher Straße 58, 6100 Seefeld in Tirol, Austria. We are an independent consultancy specialising in luxury hospitality sales and marketing.

2. Who may use the Platform

Access is by invitation and is intended for our own team and for authorised representatives of our clients. By signing in, you confirm that you are entitled to act for the organisation that invited you.

3. Your account

• Access is personal. Keep your sign-in details and your mailbox secure.
• Do not share your access with anyone else.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect that your access has been misused.
• We may suspend an account to protect the Platform or a client's data.

4. Connected accounts

A client connects its own social media and advertising accounts. The client remains the owner of those accounts and of their content. By connecting them, the client authorises us to act on them as set out in the service agreement, and it may withdraw that authority at any time in each provider's own settings.

The client is responsible for complying with each provider's terms. We are not responsible for changes to, or interruptions of, third-party services.

5. Content and approvals

• The client confirms that it holds the rights to the photography, video, logos and other material it provides.
• Content is published, and advertising is changed, only after the approvals set up for that client.
• The person who approves an item is responsible for having approved it.
• We may decline to publish content that is unlawful or that breaches a provider's rules.

6. AI-assisted drafts

Some copy and suggestions are drafted with the help of AI systems and may contain errors. Every draft is reviewed by a person before it is used.

7. Advertising budgets

Advertising budgets belong to the client and are paid directly to the advertising platforms through the client's own accounts. We do not hold advertising funds. Spend limits agreed with a client are applied in the Platform.

8. Confidentiality

Each client's data is treated as confidential and is kept separate from that of every other client. We do not use one client's data for another client.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, this website and their design belong to LUXNATION Hospitality Consulting GmbH or its licensors. A client's own content remains the client's. The client grants us the right to store, process and publish that content only as needed to provide the service.

10. No guarantee of results

Reach, engagement, bookings and revenue depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competitors and the advertising platforms. We do not guarantee any particular result.

11. Availability and changes

We take reasonable care to keep the Platform available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, pause or improve any part of it, for example for maintenance.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited as set out in the service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending access

Either party may end the arrangement as the service agreement provides. When it ends, we disconnect the client's accounts and handle its data as described in our Privacy Policy. The client's own files remain the client's.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with its date.
